KAMPAR: Running out of ideas for breakfast? I would suggest you to head on over to McDonald’s, spend a minimum of RM5 and get two free big breakfast!

          McDonald’s was honoured with the Gold Putra Brand Award recently as one of the Malaysia’s top brands. In conjunction with that, McDonald’s giving out two sets of free big breakfast with every minimum of RM5 purchase.
          
          The promotions of McDonald’s were buzzing on the lips of students of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), a university situated in the small town of Kampar, Perak. 


          The students seemed to have something to look forward for their most important meal of the day, with the launching of McDonald’s free big breakfast. The McDonald’s in Kampar was crowded with students and long queues every morning since the promotions started.

       “I went at 8am and queued for almost 30 minutes before it was my turn, then waited for another five for them to prepare the food. But the wait was worthy because I only paid RM5 for 3 sets of breakfast,” said Yong, a year two student in the Marketing degree course. 


          “I am not eating Nasi Lemak or Roti Canai for breakfast these past few days. Eat at McDonald’s cheaper! They even provide refills,” said another student studying in UTAR. 


          The coupons can be downloaded in the McDonald's Malaysia homepage. The free two big breakfast is available every morning from 4am to 11am at selected McDonald's outlets. But you'll have to hurry because the offer is only valid until the end of March.
